How long have you played swrp: On all servers around 50 hours Staff EXP: I do not have any but I have an idea of what the commands are. Here is an example problem, someone calls a staff (you) and says that a trooper is running around yelling racial slurs and shooting people but they have NO proof. In a 3 sentence explanation how would you deal with the problem? I would first of all ask other players if they have seen this player running and causing havoc and shouting racial slurs. If any of them have proof I would probably ban him for racism and rdm (as he shot people) if not I would speak to him alone. I would tell him not to do it ever again and I would keep a close eye on him to see if he does it again. Do you agree to an instant demotion/kick from staff (depending on rank) if reported or caught abusing with proof. Yes I completely agree with this. Someone is threatening staff and threatening to DDOS the server, what is your reaction to this as staff? I would probably kick him and if he re joins and is consistent ban him for threatening to DDOS the server and for him abusing staff. Do you agree that if you are not on at least 2 days a week you will be demoted / kicked from staff (depending on rank}. Yes I do agree. Here 's the annoying question that everyone hates, give 4 lines explanation of why you want to/ should be staff: I want to be staff to help the incredible server community. I want to help patch quarrels and make people happy (I can be fun, friendly and serious when needed). I have never been staff before so I feel this could be a great learning experience for me and that it could even teach me some life skills along the way. I promise to be an active staff member (if accepted but i'll still be active anyway) and a friendly fun person to be around. I also live in England so I can usually come on before most staff that live in the US. I swear to be loyal to the staff team and also loyal to the many players in game.
